Our stay here was really great, characterful base for exploring Haarlem. The room was with a view. Everything was great during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

The staff was quite rude.

The venue is small, it offers pleasant enough breakfast and has enjoyable location right by center of town and the centre and SOOOOO MANY GREAT Delish restaurant around.

This was a WONDERFUL stay at perfect location in city center. This hotel was located in a central area just off the town square and center and train and a bike rental shop next door. I often went to Friethoes to pick up some food.

The room was absolutely stunning and relaxing, the staff was FAIR. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was amazing. Terrific restaurant an easy walk to the hotel.

Cool staff, picturesque location right by train as well as the buses. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and all in all the room was immaculate. I loved the fact that there were an electric kettle and refrigerators. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. Romantic views, good pool, safe parking.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Haarlem. Everything was exceptional from the staff to the room, lovely bed and airy room. It was nice to have appetising cheese and pastries in the morning. The staff were all honest, amazing service. You could walk to the shops and a market. The beach nearby was awesome and the view was perfect...

Lion D'Or was classic. Our classic double room was equipped with an air conditioning, an iron and an electronic key card. Friendly staff. Unbeatable location, 15 min on foot to De Oerkap. Very good breakfast, we really loved it.

There was a great dining option, Vooges Centraal, only 300 metres from the hotel. If we return to Haarlem we would return anytime.
